The view out our hotel window of the Chao Phraya river in Bangkok	At the start of our long-tail boat ride on the river	Along the river....	Unfortunately, there's a lot of trash floating in the river. We saw a "garbage boat" using a net to try to clean up the mess...	The main tower of Wat Arun, where we stopped along the river. The decoration is mostly a mosaic of broken Chinese plates.

Here's one of the nicer homes along the canal - it happens to be owned by one of Bangkok's government ministers.	Another typical home	These are giant carp and catfish that live in a canal right in front of a Buddhist temple. No one is allowed to fish in front of the temple, so this is where the fish like to live!	This woman sells food and other products to people along the canals	One of Bangkok's premier hospitals - this is where the royal family go for medical treatment
